Clipping % and Max clipping

What are these? What is too high of a value? Default value for max clipping is 15 does that mean anything detected under 15 is fine? If not what should the max acceptable clipping be? Thank you in advance for your help!

From my point of view, a high qulaity file should not have any clipping.
But if only few samples are clipping, then you might want to accept it because not every clipping will be noticeable. It depends on your ears and your equipment...
