Confusing details between 2 users

Hi there - help
I have a paid account as does a friend
He has shared some material using Mega
When I have dled and check on Fakin' i get a couple of files as reading as fake 320 - 256
but he has shown me his check at his end and he is showing true 320

What can we do it is very weird and frustrating

Can you suggest anything

Are you using the same version?
Have you applied the same settings?
In case your friend applies the "aggresiv analysis", then this might explain in.
Or if you have turned off the option to report fakes > 256 kbps.
In fact, the difference between 256 kbps and 320 kbps is not noticable, at least for probably 99.9% of the audience :)
