ich habe mir mal die Vollversion gegönnt, obwohl ich bereits die Vollversion von AudioExpert nutze. Leider stürzt Fakin The Funk stets beim Imortvorgang ab. Mittlerweile schreibt die Applikation nicht mehr den Error ins Logfile.

Es scheint ja ein einzelnen Dateien zu liegen - ich würde versuchen, diese zu identifizieren.
Die scheinen ein Format zu habe, das FTF nicht lesen kann. Auch FTF ist nicht perfekt... |

Das ist leider etwas schwierig, ohne zu wissen, welche Dateien es sind. Wie oben beschrieben, schreibt die Anwendung nichts mehr ins Logfile.
Ich habe ja auch Audioexpert, aber die 15 Taler habe ich ja für FtF schon bezahlt. |

Wenn mal ein Import gelaufen ist, werden einig tausend Dateien als nicht lesbar angezeigt. Wenn ich allerdings über den Explorer die betreffenden Dateien anwähle, sind diese ohne Probleme lesbar. Sorry, aber so nutzt mir das Programm nichts... |

ich habe es testweise auf drei PC (Windows11) getestet. Verschiedene Volumes, Datenträger, Externe USB HDD, SSD. Auf allen drei Maschinen crasht die Applikation bim Import. Es ist auch unerheblich, ob es sich um eine größere Menge oder weniger Files handelt. Weiterhin habe ich mit verschiedenen Methoden getestet. Keine Chance! Zuletzt habe ich es noch einmal auf einem Windows Server installiert. Auch dort crasht die Software beim Import, mal früher oder später. Ich kann beim besten Willen nicht erkennen woran es liegen soll. Die Kompilierung der Exe war im Jahr 2019. Wird denn die Software noch weiterentwickelt, oder ist die Entwicklung - wie bei AudioExpert - bereits eingestellt? Hier müsste der Entwickler ran. |

Ich selbst habe es auf bestimmt fünf verschieden Rechnern getestet, mit teilweise über 100.000 Titeln, und es funktioniert. Und ich weiß von zahlreichen Anwendern, dass das Programm tut was es soll.
Ich kann bei einem Produktpreis von 15 Euro beim besten Willen keinen individual Support leisten, sorry. |

Ich habe mir noch mal die Arbeit gemacht einen Client neu auf zu setzen.
Auch hier das selbe ernüchternde Ergebnis: Beim Import crasht die Applikation. Es werden danach 34.516 Dateien in der Datenbank angezeigt. 34.515 werden als NICHT lesbar markiert..... Also, nochmals Danke für NICHTS.... :-( |

Ich kann nicht verstehen, weshalb man eine so fehlerhafte Anwendung gegenüber Mitbewerbern herausstellt.
Ich nutze Similarity schon seit Jahren. Im Gegensatz zu FTF bekommt man auch für 19 Dollar Support. Ich finde das schon als sehr frech. |
