I see different values all over google for what "typically" is the cutoff frequency for the different CBR bitrate levels. It seems you use 20.5 kHz for 320 kbps, 19.5 kHz for 256 kbps, and so on. I see conflicting info elsewhere on the net, so maybe being able to adjust the settings for each bitrate level would be a good idea. Thoughts?
