Database - several computers

Is there any way I can move my FTF database among different computers? All my files are stored in the same HDD volume.

You can simply copy the database file, it is located

Windows:
C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\FakinTheFunk

OSX:
/users/fakinthefunk

filename: fakinthefunk.db3
