  Why is fakin showing an extremely low frequency? Does it look like a clean flac?

Fakin' the Funk's algorithm to detect transcoded files, especially MPEG to HE-AAC, (which is commonly used for DAB) fired this alert.
It detected an anomaly that strongly indicates that this files was re-processed (which does NOT improve the quality).

However, one cannot prove this. It's an indicator, but I can confirm with my naked eye that he algorithm is right.
