How do you delete files to the recycle bin?

V 3.0.0.139

Perhaps I'm missing the obvious, but the only option I see is "remove from database" on the right click menu.  I don't see the option anywhere on the program or right click menu to delete the file from the PC or send to the recycle bin.  



The "X" at the top offers the same choice.  Is this a hidden option?
