Is it a fake file or not? IMPORTANT

Here I attach two images.I have decided to go from mp3 to flac to 16 bits but this program gives me the error message (see capture) but then the bitrate is normal.It's like giving a false positive error.
What is your opinion?




Then on the other hand I have put the same song in flac and mp3 with the SPEK and if there are notable differences in the spectometer.

It's a very silent song. "Fakin' The Funk" has a problem with analyzing this kind of music, because it's a frequency spectrum analyzer and for such silent parts, there are no high frequencies even if it's a true high quality file.

Do you think then that it is a Flac really and that there is no problem?
Or that it is a badly made flac.
