Migrate v4.x to latest version

[Fake No Funk]

The storage of the database has changed in the latest version.
You can simply rename your old database "ftf.db3" to "fakinthefunk.db3" before running the new version.

Location of the database:

MacOS:
 /Users/<YOUR NAME>/FakinTheFunk/fakinthefunk.db3

Windows:
C:\Users\<YOUR NAME>\AppData\Roaming\FakinTheFunk\fakinthefunk.db3



Unfortunately, the userdefined buttons cannot be migrated automatically, So maybe write down the commands before installing the new version...
