No Unlock code sent after purchase

I puchased the product this morning.  Paid via Paypal, and received confirmation of payment.  I received nothing in email for unlock.  I went to your "Contact" page, and asked the same question, and it comes back with "Service Error".  

How do I get my unlock for the puchase?
