Hi,

you can't improve the quality of an existing file with ANY tool (also not with platinum notes). Because you simply can't recover information that was lost in the encoding process.

It's similar to a picture with low resolution; You can zoom it bigger, but it does not get better :)

The only way to get better quality versions is to buy it elsewhere or rip it yourself from a CD.
