Simply select that folder in the treeview and use "right-mouse-menu > rescan folder"

In this version, it really re-imports all files. For the next version, an incremental update is planned!

Kind regards
Ulrich

Ok, thanks.

I have a 1TB hard drive with music and I added a new folder but the folder does not show in FTF. So I would have to refresh the whole drive :(

...you can easily drag&drop that new folder into the App and it will get imported!

Re: Refresh folder

I look forward to the incremental update!

Would also suggest, on clicking "Refresh Folder", a dialog appears if some files in the folder have already been analysed?

"Some/all files in this folder have already been analysed. Re-analyse all files? Yes / No"

In this way, clicking "No" means that only new / unscanned files are processed.

(I'm sitting here with over 1000 partly scanned folders due to a crash, so this is relevant to my interests!)

Please go to the settings dialog (Gearbox-Menu).
The tabsheet "performance" allows you to define which files should be reanalyzed :)

Re: Refresh folder

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I can't see a Performance tab in the Gearbox. (v1.5.0.106)

Display options
Analysis options
Startup options
Playlist options
Replay options
Actions

All the above showing, but no Performance tab.

I presume I'm looking in the right place, apologies if I'm missing something.

Hoping it's coming in the next version - I can understand you maybe thinking its already available, there's a lot of functions!
