Recommended setting for ripping

Loving the software btw just bought it! Anyway I really don't have much space so if I'm ripping down from say Flac/Wav (sacrilege i know!!) to mp3 320 with dBpoweramp what settings should I use? VBR,CBR or ABR?

I'd say VBR and at least 192 kbps. The higher the bitrate, the bigger the files...

One more question!

Is VBR @ 160kbps like CBR @ 320kbps?

I'd say no.
vbr@160 kbps (using LAME encoder) has cutoffs at ~17500 khz and 320 cbr not

From my point of view, vbr@192 is absolutely minimum,..
