To remove a song from the database only, just use the right-mouse key and select "Remove from database" from the popupmenu. (Shortcut Ctrl+D)
Or hold down the ALT Key while pressing DELETE!
To clean the entire database, simply open the settings dialog by pressing the "gearbox icon" in the toolbar and then choose "clear database".
There you can also advise Fakin' The Funk? to clean the database on every startup or on every Drag&Drop operation (similar to MP3Tag) in this settings dialog.
