Hard to say without having that CD or without inspecting the files myself

Could be that the files on CD have not 100% good quality.

Can't say, all is possible :) you can buy faked produkts everywhere :)

The only thing you can do is do check the frequency spectrum and especially the SOUND of the file yourself...
