It's becaue normally, either the white line on the right stays more or less on the right or goes continuously to the left.
This small reduction at 16 kHz indicates that it was originally a kind of lossy mp3 and afterwards transcoded to flac.
This process adds frequencies in the upper range that were not present before.

This check is really very hard but is a strong indicator, that the file is not legit.
But it's only an indicator, not a full proof.

You can turn off this strict check by disabling the "aggressive analysis method"

Thank you for taking the time to give that nice explanation. A very interesting read.

It cannot be because the tune just have few notes around 16 kHz? I have no idea if my question is even relevant, as I do not have a lot of knowledge about this topic. The tune was bought online as part of a album from Qoubus who is supposed to deliver quality songs. All the other songs come out fine.

By the way, the "Aggressive analysis method" is off already in my settings.
