i don't know what happend. the programme was open and i was working on my files. suddenly it began not to show the actual bitrates anymore. i've uninstalled and installed (with an uninstaller), searched the settings but still it doesn't show...

Is the "unlock" icon in the toolbar visible? Then you might have to re-enter the unlock code!
