how to change the Bitrate to the one that the program ?

Hello,

Finally ,, i found out about this program. Great... But why is it missing the most important thing... change the Bitrate it says it should be?

The answer is simple:
Because the bitrate is not just a "tag" that can be edited (like the "Artist" or "Title")

It's a physical property of the file -> it can't be changed :-( :-(
