why are files being left 'Unprocessed' after a scan

so i've done a scan on a folder 3 separate times, and there continue to be the same number of unprocessed files, on top corrupted and unreadable files. little frustrating when the program you just paid for skips over 80% of the files you are looking to determine if are real or fake
