MacOS Catalina and Wine

One of the Wine apps I use (MP3Tag) informed users that it won't support MacOS Catalina because Wine will not work in it.
This of course worried me as my favourite application (Fakinthefunk) would also be affected by this. Have you looked at the options going forward or will development for MacOS stop with 10.14.6?

I thought this would only affect 32bit? The current version of FTF uses a 64bit wrapper and should work...

Ah, thanks for clearing that up.

Thought there was a limitation to wine as I read other kinds of programs were affected by this as well.

FTF don't work on Catalina :(

Yeah it's not working! Open the app and nothing.

My running processes show that WineSkinLauncher is running but I'm not seeing any UI :/

The Wine site for macOS says explicitly that " (Wine won't work on macOS Catalina 10.15)". I'm not sure what sauce FTF has that makes 'em think it'll work here.

Yes it should be but it doen't work at this time.. Are you working for the release of a update which support OS Catalina ?

Hey bro ! I just solved this issue. You have to downgrade to Mac OSX Mojave to use FtF. #Staysafe#Stayhome.
